This entry-level role involves providing high-reputed company phone support to attorney clients, gathering information, and documenting responses to assist with disability claims.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
- Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
