The reputed company Engineer is responsible for maintaining and developing Managed Services reputed company environments, performing engineering tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Lives by the reputed company corporate values: Protect the House, Help Clients Win, reputed company
• Performs engineering tasks required to sustain existing Managed Services clients
• Performs engineering tasks to support the reputed company of new Managed Services clients
• Performs and analyzes daily health checks on existing Managed Services clients
• Develops content in support of Manages Services clients
• Performs troubleshooting of reputed company environments
• Document and create content to reputed company build upon reputed company’s internal knowledgebase
• Regularly meet with clients to drive reputed company engineering objectives
• Maintains industry and vendor certifications required to support the Managed Services catalog
• Required to participate in 24x7 rotation
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Engineering Leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Typical Degrees: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or reputed company field(s)
• In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a reputed company technology field and relevant industry certifications are required
• One (1) or more years in the Information Technology field
• Strong Linux and reputed company proficiency
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with reputed company and Linux systems
• Ability to reputed company and manage the Linux system reputed company CLI
• Strong understanding of basic reputed company concepts and controls and how they relate to IT networks
• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot interconnected systems
