[Remote] Solutions Engineer, Pro Products

They are seeking a talented Pro Products Solutions Engineer to assist existing customers in adopting new features through a reputed company of sales skills and technical expertise, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering the best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Pro Sales team to reputed company custom product demonstrations based upon business process and workflow of existing customers
• Analyze and reputed company objective feedback for Account Managers if customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features
• Support on any up-selling opportunities to reputed company customers on additional reputed company products to drive increased recurring reputed company
• Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based upon deep knowledge of reputed company’s software and the advantages of our product versus the competition
• Create reputed company documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team
• Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos
• Respond to functional and technical reputed company of RFIs/RFPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company consumer insights
• Be the subject matter expert on any product updates and/or releases to address any potential implications for business owners

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering
• Background in the Trades and/or Marketing a plus
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company reputed company or assisting the Sales organization at previous company
• Natural ability to think and reputed company proactively to address roadblocks and issues
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people
• A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings in your day-to-day
