They are seeking a Trial Attorney I to reputed company reputed company counsel duties, handling workers' compensation cases and representing reputed company in various reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Handles workers’ compensation cases under the state administrative process (trial level), as reputed company as state and federal courts
• Defends workers' compensation cases
• Takes depositions, analyzes testimony, prepares and files reputed company reports
• Represents reputed company in appearances at hearings and conferences; prepares and files reputed company reports
• Researches and prepares and files appropriate reputed company pleadings for cases under the state administrative process (trial level), as reputed company as state and federal civil courts
• Provides advice, training and recommendations on case handling strategies to representatives of the Claims Department
• Performs reputed company research at reputed company reputed company, from advising clients through the appellate procedures
• Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw reputed company conclusions

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Juris Doctorate Law school graduate and member in good standing of the State Bar

• Ability to lift reputed company files, including documents and exhibits, up to a weight of 30 pounds
