Associate Researcher (Hybrid)

The Associate Researcher will be responsible for gathering and organizing property-level information to support clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in data collection.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching market and property data relevant to reputed company’s clients through phone interviews, email reputed company, and internet searches
• reputed company, organize, and compile reputed company estate information, updating internal data entry systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
• reputed company external phone interviews and conduct online research to obtain reputed company and reliable market insights
• reputed company general research support and assistance to reputed company as needed, maintaining professionalism and strong customer service throughout reputed company interactions

Skills

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• One, plus (1+) years of relevant work experience
• High volume outbound calling experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Internet navigation skills
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Strong data entry and typing skills; 40 WPM, or greater
• Ability to follow direction, instructions and receive constructive feedback
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word and reputed company
• Ability to work at a tactical level
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the reputed company Estate field, i.e. property management, financial services, reputed company estate appraisal, sales and construction
• reputed company surveys or other reputed company center experience preferred
