[Remote] Sales and Partnerships Associate, Digital Assets

As a Sales and Partnerships Associate on the Digital Assets team, you’ll support sales and partnership efforts by enabling processes, contributing to financial analytics, and coordinating reputed company interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update reputed company records, including opportunities, partnership stages, pipeline data, and reputed company inputs to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Capture, reputed company, and analyze key financial and sales metrics to support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales reputed company
• Support partner reputed company workflows, coordinating tasks, documenting milestones, and tracking reputed company across internal stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and summaries that help sales leadership identify trends and opportunities
• Join reputed company and partner calls alongside senior team members to take detailed notes, follow up on reputed company items, and enhance relationship continuity
• Help reputed company and maintain partnership documentation, contact lists, integration timelines, and deliverable trackers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market materials, partner requirements, and reputed company communications
• Assist with reputed company sales operations and process improvements that drive team efficiency and partner reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business development, partnerships, or financial analysis
• Foundational understanding of crypto reputed company asset markets, including exchanges, custodians, stablecoins, and institutional trading workflows
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform business reputed company
• Experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Series 7 and 63 licensing preferred; if not, commitment towards accreditation reputed company 3 months
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or fintech infrastructure
• Familiarity with institutional crypto concepts such as on/off-ramps, settlement risk, liquidity management, and counterparty exposure
• Exposure to reputed company or API-based products, technical integrations, or platform reputed company processes
• Experience working with crypto-reputed company companies (exchanges, trading firms, custodians, stablecoin issuers)
• Comfort using workflow and project management tools (reputed company, reputed company, Jira, or similar)
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards that inform stakeholders on sales and operational performance
