Site Merchandising & Marketing Associate

MeUndies is seeking a Site Merchandising and Marketing Associate to help optimize and enhance the online shopping experience on their retail e-reputed company site. The role involves managing product listings, analyzing website KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company merchandising with brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and manage product listings on the e-reputed company site, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience
• Schedule and maintain reputed company marketing assets on site
• Set up and QA promotions on site before final review
• Analyze key website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to reputed company site merchandising with brand initiatives
• Learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly to enhance site functionality and efficiency
• Stay informed on e-reputed company trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in e-reputed company merchandising and marketing, preferably with retail brands
• Experience working with reputed company and their suite of tools including discounts and product catalog management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and reputed company data-driven recommendations
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with reputed company or similar merchandising tools
• Experience with reputed company or similar headless asset management tools
• Experience with reputed company or similar project management tools
