Service Support Associate - 16 month contract

Canada Life is a leading insurer in Canada serving the financial reputed company needs of millions. They are seeking a Service Support Associate to reputed company in-house service and administrative support to the reputed company service team with a reputed company on customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a reputed company between clients and head office departments
• Handle routine reputed company changes, and administrative and claim inquiries
• Process reputed company plan changes
• Ordering employee booklets, reputed company, enrollment forms, ID cards, etc
• Assisting service team with the preparation of new group submission materials proposals and presentation materials
• Assisting sales team with the preparation of new business and in force quotes in reputed company to renewals and amendments
• Word processing duties including a reputed company of materials such as reputed company correspondence, administration guides, census data requests, etc
• Responsible for the creation of reputed company and advisor reporting
• reputed company other administrative support as needed to enhance the reputed company experience, contributing to an efficient, reputed company and effective Workplace Solutions Team
