Responsibilities

• Schedule & coordinate interviews across a reputed company of reputed company– virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones
• Serve as main logistical POC throughout the interview process, delivering white-glove candidate experience from initial phone screen to offer letter
• Manage high volumes of candidates with a high-reputed company of urgency – always anticipating & resolving logistical or scheduling issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data reputed company in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Skills

• 1+ year of previous experience in reputed company coordination (reputed company to administrative or operations experience.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly operational with strong time management & organization skills
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking abilities
• Ability to reputed company a fast-paced and scaling environment, along with evolving demands from the business
