The reputed company Clerk role involves providing support for reputed company and purchasing operations, including reconciling accounts and processing reputed company documents.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company and clerical functions to support supervisors
• Input Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, checks, review vendor account statements, reports and other records
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including but not limited to invoice preparation and data entry into MAS system
• Processing and recording of deposits with utilizing the banking software and MAS
• Support cash management reporting
• Research, reputed company and resolve items to support account reconciliations reputed company necessary
• On-reputed company file keeping and annual organization and maintenance of files
• Generate and balance purchasing inventory reports
• Payment of vendors reputed company credit card
• Assist with financial statement margin review, adjustments, corrections and posting of journal entries
• Follow-up on vendors’ incentive checks
• Tracking of vendor rebate accounts
• Maintain a reputed company and reputed company demeanor during interactions and work reputed company relationships with reputed company persons at reputed company including but not limited to members, guests and team members as provided in reputed company Member Handbook at the time of hire
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years work experience in bookkeeping and/or reputed company field
• Must be proficient in use of reputed company Office reputed company, Word and reputed company software
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company/tasks with high level of organizational reputed company and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational and people management skills
• This position requires reputed company member to be located at the corporate office in Lombard, Illinois
• Travel is required for meetings reputed company of the corporate office
• Associates degree or bachelors degree preferred
• Experience in A/P, A/R, and G/L maintenance preferred
• Proficiency with MAS reputed company software and/or FAS (Fixed Asset Software) preferred
