Architectural Designer

reputed company is a leading global design firm reputed company on integrated design practices. They are seeking an entry-level Architectural Designer to assist in various design tasks while working under the guidance of reputed company professionals, contributing to innovative and sustainable building designs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of a design through sketches, physical models, digital models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats
• Utilize BIM to reputed company three-reputed company building models and utilize it as a tool in the production of construction documents
• Participate in internal project reviews and critiques
• Prepare and revise documentation during reputed company project phases. reputed company drawings, such as site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details
• Coordinate with building systems (structure, mechanical systems, electrical systems, etc.)
• Assist in contract administration tasks, such as submittal review and construction site reputed company
• Participate in project coordination and meetings with internal team members, external consultants, and/or clients
• Implement sustainable design principles into the building design and surrounding environment
• Assist in site analysis and research of design concepts, benchmarks, materials, typologies, and precedents
• Basic knowledge and application of accessibility codes and building codes
• Basic knowledge of building construction systems
• Basic understanding of reputed company phases of architectural document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications
• Ability to conduct reputed company planning, reputed company planning, and adjacencies in coordination with building program
• Ability to reputed company floor plans, wall sections, and details
• Ability to reputed company work for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule
• Ability to participate and collaborate in a project team setting through reputed company phases of architectural design
• Ability to engage in creative and critical thought and reputed company to graphically communicate concepts and reputed company to others effectively
• Ability to communicate and interpret reputed company reputed company through sketches, drawings, building program, and other similar material
• Requires an understanding of reputed company Office Suite and Revit
• Experience with digital graphic tools such as Enscape, reputed company, Sketch-up, & reputed company Creative Suite is a plus

Skills

• Bachelor and/or Master degree of Architecture or reputed company field
• 0 to 3 years' experience
• Basic knowledge and application of accessibility codes and building codes
• Basic knowledge of building construction systems
• Basic understanding of reputed company phases of architectural document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications
• Ability to conduct reputed company planning, reputed company planning, and adjacencies in coordination with building program
• Ability to reputed company floor plans, wall sections, and details
• Ability to reputed company work for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule
