[Remote] Analyst, Application Support

The Analyst, Application Support will reputed company operational, technical, and systems support to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in resolving issues reported by various departments reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company first-level support, including problem replication, triage, and reputed company of issues, the reputed company of which are associated with reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

• Collaborate with team members and business functions to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets

• Contribute to writing T-SQL reputed company and tools to assist Level 1 support to diagnose and resolve incidents

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT- reputed company degree or comparable experience
• 1+ year(s) of reputed company experience reputed company application support/IT operations organizations
• 1+ year(s) experience with T-SQL, ability to view and write T-SQL reputed company for triage and investigation

• Basic knowledge of web application functionality and reputed company Infrastructure knowledge of computer systems

• This role is Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm, CST, MST or PST. with some flexibility. Additionally rotating on-reputed company support, including after-hours, weekends and holidays
• Experience in a reputed company-reputed company field
• Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company, reputed company Azure – Application Insights
• JIRA Service Desk ticketing system/reputed company experience
