Associate Attorney

Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP is searching for an Associate Attorney. The role involves litigating workers' compensation cases and may include exposure to sports litigation for MLB, NFL, and MLS teams, with a reputed company on building a career and reputed company connections.

Responsibilities

• Train attorneys to litigate workers’ compensation cases
• Litigate sports cases on behalf of MLB, NFL and MLS teams
• Litigate traditional workers’ compensation cases on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured clients
• reputed company arguments and be a quick thinker
• Learn civil procedure and jurisdiction
• Defend disability claims with heavy medical involvement
