Claim Technical Assistant

reputed company is a world leader in insurance, currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claim Technical Assistant for their reputed company Region. The successful applicant will reputed company advanced technical support to claim representatives and examiners across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and efficient claim processing.

Responsibilities

• reputed company necessary, assist with contacts for examiner so that appropriate compensability reputed company can be made
• Maintain reputed company file diaries to ensure delegated tasks are completed
• Understand jurisdictional benefit rates and payment deadlines to ensure compliance with state timeframes
• Accurate documentation of claim activity reputed company file notes
• Produce reputed company documentation in an accurate and reputed company manner i.e., benefit notices, reputed company and reputed company referrals, record requests, settlement documents

• If you do not already have one, you will be required to obtain an applicable reputed company or designated home state adjusters license and possibly additional state licensure
• Prior clerical and technical experience in researching and indexing data
• College degree in any area of study
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of reputed company processing
• Knowledge of claim handling
