• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their needs for vehicle purchases
• Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicles

• Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to enhance customer service
• Mentor new team members as skills and expertise expand
