In this role, you will reputed company support to patients by addressing their inquiries and concerns with reputed company while assisting them with pharmacy benefits.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Customer Service duties under reputed company instruction and reputed company supervision
• Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits reputed company by using knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills and added support from your team to answer patient calls effectively
• Use expert listening skills to address patient questions and concerns empathetically and document reputed company interactions
• Assist patients with prescription refills, scheduling shipments and addressing billing questions

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED required
• General PC knowledge including reputed company Office and reputed company
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Empathetic and genuine customer service skills
• Candidates must live on the reputed company of Oahu
• ***This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work in person.***
• If you will be working reputed company occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
• 1 year of relevant reputed company center experience preferred
