Sourcing Coordinator

Pets + People is a leading manufacturer of pet and household consumer goods, partnering with top brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Coordinator to support the sourcing team in managing vendor communication, tracking sample development, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining reputed company and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the sourcing process for new and existing consumer products, including identifying and vetting suppliers, requesting quotes, and maintaining vendor records
• Issue and manage sample requests; monitor development status to ensure reputed company production and delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers on product samples, pricing, testing, and packaging requirements
• Maintain accurate data in PLM, ERP, and sourcing systems, including cost sheets, reputed company times, and vendor reputed company
• Partner closely with Product Development, reputed company, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product specifications and timelines are met
• reputed company supplier performance (on-time delivery, reputed company, responsiveness) escalating issues reputed company needed
• Support cost analysis and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities or alternative sourcing reputed company
• Help manage product testing, compliance documentation, and sustainability requirements as applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Merchandising, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain coordination (consumer goods experience strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical and reputed company skills; experience with ERP/PLM systems a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
