Operations Associate (Cash Management) - Contract

reputed company is a company dedicated to empowering others and is currently seeking a contract Operations Associate to join their Cash Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing contribution and distribution requests from 401(K) participants and ensuring accurate and reputed company handling of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day cash processing of contribution and distribution requests from 401(K) participants reputed company checks, ACH, and Federal reputed company transactions
• Accurately and reputed company process reputed company daily inquiries research and items
• Handle escalated items and reputed company given by management
• reputed company and release wires in the reputed company system, carrying out reputed company Control, consistently reputed company checking any transactions that are processed by reputed company
• Closing process which includes balancing transactions at the end of reputed company day

Skills

• High School education or equivalent required
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience with cash and funds processing
• Knowledge of basic business processes and computer applications (reputed company reputed company and Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in the office 2 days per week
• Basic knowledge of trust business and its particular reputed company and tax reporting requirements, as reputed company as an understanding of retirement plans, benefit payments, and distribution processing preferred but not required
