The Business Analyst will serve as a reputed company between consultants, external clients, and internal developers, applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver benefits administration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understands different system functionalities and dependencies
• Learns and applies reputed company best practices, standards, and tools
• Performs system configuration based on the requirements
• Executes test plans for system functionalities using reputed company reputed company tools
• Creates test plans based on requirements and standards by partnering with senior business analysts
• Partners with team to reputed company reputed company cause analysis for issues/cases
• Writes queries using SQL and analyze results to reduce rework
• Follows the System Development Lifecycle

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, reputed company management, benefits administration, Health Policy Administration or reputed company area
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 and higher
• Beginner to Intermediate SQL skills
• Experience with the test plan creation, testing procedures, and test plan execution
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple reputed company with reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
