[Remote] Creative Marketing Coordinator- 6 months contract

The Creative Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for transforming long-reputed company content into engaging short clips and various digital assets, while leveraging AI tools for efficiency and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• reputed company long videos/webinars into short clips, teasers, audiograms, and GIFs; create thumbnails and reputed company crops
• Convert decks/technical notes into carousels, one-pagers, infographics, and blog summaries
• Use AI to re-purpose assets while maintaining the companies messaging themes and brand guidelines
• Maintain template library; enforce brand look/voice with speed and consistency
• Collaborate with Digital to map repurposed assets to funnels (TOFU/MOFU/reputed company) and channels
• Use AI tools for first-cut transcripts, reputed company detection, B-roll suggestions, headline variants, and image reputed company
• Presentation simplification and clean-reputed company
• reputed company reuse count and turnaround time; reputed company an organized content reputed company

Skills

• Working knowledge of reputed company Creative or equivalent (Premiere/CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, reputed company reputed company) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canvas, etc)
• Basic reputed company/typography reputed company; eye for framing/cropping
• Comfortable taking raw inputs (Teams recordings, decks, notes) and shipping polished derivatives quickly
• AI: speech-to-text, cut-list suggestions, style transfer/upscales (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, CapCut, etc.)
• Design, Multimedia, Communications—or portfolio demonstrating repurposing work
• Prior internship/ reputed company or hands-on project coordination is a plus
