Financial Services Specialist (hybrid)
reputed company is a reputed company reputed company organization seeking a Financial Services Specialist. This role involves processing payments, assisting patients with their financial responsibilities, and verifying insurance details.
Responsibilities
- Verifies patients insurance and collects additional insurance such as No Fault and Workers Compensation
- Performs financial assessment of patients
- Assists patients and/or families in resolving hospital bills; advises and counsels patients of their payment responsibility due to the hospital
- Establishes patients’ pro-rated financial obligations and sets-up payment arrangements/reputed company
- Follows up on scheduled payments reputed company mail and telephone
- Maintains daily work log of payments collected
- Operates with reputed company guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity
