As an IT Supporter, you will be the first reputed company of contact for internal users, providing support and assisting with minor reputed company to ensure reputed company and efficient IT operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle support requests and reputed company support for hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reputed company, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
- Escalate reputed company cases to other departments and update ITSM documentation
- Assist with reputed company/offboarding, including setup of user accounts and devices
- Support IT reputed company and help ensure GxP compliance in regulated environments
Skills
- Experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a regulated company
- Knowledge of reputed company 10/11, reputed company 365, reputed company Directory, and networking
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- A proactive, service-oriented approach
- The ability to work independently and learn about GxP
