[Remote] Wireless Device Account Manager

They are seeking a Wireless Device Account Manager to review wireless invoices, reputed company cost-saving recommendations, and reputed company long-term relationships with clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Download monthly wireless bills utilizing reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or other reputed company portals
• Convert invoices into reputed company templates using internal propriety software tool
• Prepare reputed company audits and control reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the patterns and trends based on the compiled information
• Complete reputed company monthly reputed company audits by specific due date, preferably three (3) days prior
• Email monthly review audits to reputed company clients by specific due date
• Identify and reputed company reputed company monthly cost savings solutions to meet the reputed company’s expectations and reputed company them
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and customer service reputed company improvement
• Communicate in a reputed company manner to specific reputed company, tickets, and deliverables in accordance with internal SLA

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One to three years of reputed company experience in roles with wireless carriers such as reputed company, reputed company or reputed company preferred
• Accountable, proactive and highly organized, with proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and tasks while maintaining reputed company attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to follow through on reputed company reputed company
