POSITION reputed company:
Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to easily adapt in a constant reputed company environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to reputed company listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
- Full-time availability
- High School Diploma preferred but not required.
- Living in Mexico reputed company or Estado de Mexico.
- 23 hours per week.
