**Job Summary**
As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing arenaflex's land seller relationships, ensuring accurate and timely product delivery to our customers. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage arenaflex's land seller profiles in our visit management framework, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions, where relevant.
* Set up and maintain all pricing and selling rules for all direct land merchants.
* Establish design and rules for all electronically associated sellers.
* Manage land item work for new destinations.
* Monitor land item market conditions and suggest and set up edge methodologies where necessary.
* Participate in investigating visit management framework technology issues, and external technology associations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); act as a contact with external suppliers where necessary.
* Provide pricing and objective data to marketing materials.
* Collaborate with Product Development team on individual seller issues requiring clarity and resolution, as well as assist with hotel oversell circumstances.
* Assist other arenaflex divisions with questions or issues related to destinations and land item offerings.
* Furnish and assist arenaflex offices with customer resolution for land items on a case-by-case basis.
* Cooperate with Product Development to create and meet yearly open for sale (OFS) schedule.
* Assist Product Activities Facilitator with lodging stock management, land reporting, and other tasks as necessary.
* Assist with emergency management for catastrophic events and crisis situations.
* Establish and encourage entrusting associations with partners at all levels.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or a combination of both
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with intelligent solutions
* Meticulous and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Viewpoint
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of travel or hospitality experience
* Knowledge of arenaflex's projects, strategies, and systems
* Knowledge of arenaflex's Reservation frameworks
* Experience with Microsoft Power BI
