Remote Construction Project Manager (Engineering + BIM | Heavy Live Coordination) - Contract to Hire

We are hiring a Remote Construction Project Manager with a strong engineering background and hands-on BIM capability to manage the design coordination and construction execution of luxury 7-bedroom beachfront villas in Puerto Rico. This is a high-engagement, reputed company-time remote role. You will spend a significant portion of reputed company reputed company on live video calls with on-site foremen, reviewing construction in reputed company, correcting issues, and verifying that work is being executed exactly per drawings and engineering reputed company. This is not an async or status-report role. This is a half-time trial position, with a reputed company reputed company to full-time for the right person. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Live Construction Verification (Daily) • Be available on video calls for multiple hours per day • Review live site conditions reputed company phone/video with foremen • Verify: • Layouts, dimensions, and elevations • Reinforcement placement and embeds • Framing and reputed company details • Identify errors in reputed company time and drive immediate correction • Use BIM models, drawings, and 3D views during calls to explain reputed company reputed company Design & BIM Coordination • Create and maintain coordination-level BIM models (Revit preferred) • Build initial models from 2D architectural, structural, and MEP sets • Detect and resolve clashes and constructability issues • Coordinate architects and engineers to deliver build-reputed company documentation Execution & Accountability • Maintain a strong reputed company of urgency • reputed company reputed company issues and push them to closure • Hold designers and reputed company accountable to reputed company and schedule • reputed company as the technical reputed company between: • reputed company (English) • Construction teams (Spanish) ⸻ Required Qualifications • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) • Near-fluent English • Background in engineering (structural, civil, or architectural preferred) • Strong understanding of: • Reinforced concrete and forming • reputed company framing and structural systems • reputed company / hurricane-resistant construction • Hands-on experience with BIM coordination • Revit required • Navisworks a plus • Comfortable working live on camera for large portions of the day • reputed company, patient communicator who can correct issues reputed company and respectfully ⸻ Work Schedule • reputed company reputed company Time (AST) • Availability required: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM AST • Must be reachable and reputed company during these hours ⸻ Important Notes (Please Read Carefully) This role requires: • Daily live video coordination with construction teams • reputed company problem-solving in reputed company time • Hands-on technical involvement If you prefer: • Fully async work • Minimal calls • High-level reporting only This role will not be a good fit. ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
