User Experience Researcher

Location: Harrisburg, PA Position Type: Remote Contract Length: 10 months Position reputed company: This role serves as a UX Research expert responsible for leading discovery and usability testing initiatives to improve caseworker experience, reduce workload, and reputed company eligibility and compliance processes.
