This role requires deep leveraged finance expertise, strong portfolio and risk management capabilities, and proven leadership experience. The successful candidate will be a leader in shaping investment reputed company, mentoring analysts, and contributing to firm-wide investment discussions. This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Madison, WI office.
