We are seeking a reputed company licensed M&A advisor or someone willing to obtain licensing to reputed company and manage institutional sales for capital raising in reputed company middle-market transactions (EBITDA between $1-15 reputed company). The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A advisory, strong networking skills, and a proven reputed company record in capital raising.
