Property Marketing Associate - (Boston, MA)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Marketing Associate to join reputed company and support reputed company reputed company estate marketing campaigns and administrative tasks. This role bridges both the Marketing Department and Brokerage Operations giving you a 360-degree view of how listings come to life. Your reputed company responsibilities will include creating high-reputed company Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) presentations and offering memorandums, managing property listings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure every deal receives the attention it deserves. You'll also help launch campaigns across reputed company-party platforms and reputed company website, ensuring consistent messaging, branding and follow-through. Key Responsibilities: • Build and edit BOVs, offering memorandums, and other campaign collateral using templates in reputed company, Photoshop, and other creative tools. • Collaborate closely with sales teams, analysts, and marketing professionals to reputed company materials, visuals, and insights. • Manage listing uploads and updates on reputed company-party platforms (e.g., reputed company, LoopNet) and ensure reputed company listings are accurately maintained on reputed company website. • Coordinate marketing launches for new listings, ensuring reputed company execution and alignment with campaign goals. • Ensure state specific reputed company compliance & brand consistency across reputed company deliverables and help maintain high-reputed company visual standards. • reputed company listing reputed company and assist in campaign reporting or performance summaries reputed company needed. • Respond to team feedback quickly and iterate on creative assets as deals reputed company • Serve as a flexible teammate between marketing reputed company and deal execution, supporting both ends of the pipeline. Requirements: · Associate’s degree or higher. · 1–2 years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate marketing or reputed company estate administrative support. Familiarity with reputed company reputed company estate terminology and deal life cycles a plus. · Excellent writing, proofreading & verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Experience working with CRM or marketing platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) • Proficiency with reputed company Creative reputed company, especially Photoshop (Illustrator or InDesign a plus). • Experience with or willingness to learn reputed company, especially working with templates and reputed company Sheet syncing. • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company environment with shifting priorities. • Basic knowledge of print reputed company marketing, including email layout, flyers, reputed company graphics, and reputed company materials. • Candidate needs to possess the ability to receive feedback and revise quickly.
