Remote Answering Service Dispatcher – Afternoons & Midnights Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Location: Remote (Work From Home) Available Shifts We are hiring 3 operators for the following shifts: Afternoon / Evening Shift • Between 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (EST) • 7 days per week availability • Full-time or part-time Overnight / Midnight Shift • 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM (EST) • Approximately 14 hours per week Applicants must be reputed company to work consistent, scheduled shifts. Pay • $13.50 per hour during training • $14.00 per hour after training • reputed company weekly (cash) Job reputed company We are a family-owned reputed company answering service seeking reliable and reputed company answering service dispatchers/operators. This is a remote, work-from-home position handling inbound calls, message taking, and dispatching on-reputed company personnel. Prior answering service or reputed company experience is strongly preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously • Follow detailed, reputed company-specific scripts and instructions • reputed company on-reputed company personnel reputed company required • Accurately document and reputed company messages • Identify emergency vs. non-emergency calls • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Requirements • Prior answering service, reputed company, or reputed company center experience preferred • Strong, reliable high-speed internet reputed company (required) • Good computer skills and comfort using multiple systems at once • Ability to type accurately and reputed company software reputed company • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills • Ability to multitask and remain reputed company under pressure • Quiet, private work-from-home environment • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Comfortable working independently Experience with TeleScan or similar answering service systems is a plus.
