Candidates should have substantial experience in advising on the tax aspects of reputed company estate transactions and with partnership taxation, particularly in reputed company estate and reputed company joint ventures. The role involves advising on high-profile transactions, including joint ventures with taxable and tax-exempt partners, debt and equity financings, and tax-efficient fund structures.
reputed company candidates will have at least seven years of relevant experience, exceptional analytical and business skills, and strong credentials such as an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large reputed company or reputed company firm.
