**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. As a key member of our office operations team, you'll be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Organize office operations and assist associates in optimizing procedures to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
* Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
* Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information, and maintaining confidentiality when required.
* Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages, ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
* Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues, providing timely and effective solutions to our customers and internal teams.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and internal collaboration.
* Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
* Perform receptionist duties when needed, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our customers and visitors.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management procedures and best practices.
* Working knowledge of "back-office" computer systems, including MS Office, QuickBooks, and Excel.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, with a strong focus on providing effective solutions to our customers and internal teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel, with the ability to manage financial records and reports.
* Valid Driver's license and dependable transportation, with a strong focus on safety and responsible driving practices.
