Business System Analyst/Advisor

Title: Business System Analyst/Advisor Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE work) Duration: 10+ months reputed company: $reputed company/hr. on C2C/1099 Requirements: POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : • Partner with the Customer Solutions organization (reputed company, Marketing and Pricing) to assist in the implementation of process improvements, automation and reputed company improvement reputed company. • Manage project plans, reputed company items, and creation of process documentation and training material. • Administer and reputed company solutions in the reputed company Digital Adoption Platform to reputed company process efficiencies and reputed company of need training. • Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation. • Be reputed company to reputed company in as Subject Matter Expert for Customer Solutions processes and systems. Qualifications: • 2+ years of project management • 2+ years as a business analyst • 2+ years of experience with reputed company • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms Preferred • Critical thinker that can quickly grasp new concepts and processes. • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement processes. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency.
