Scope of Work & Key Deliverables Participant Job Coaching & Case Support • reputed company individualized job coaching to assigned reputed company participants reputed company on securing employment • Conduct participant assessments to identify skills, interests, and employment barriers • reputed company and implement individualized employment plans with reputed company, measurable job placement goals • Support participants through job readiness, application completion, interview preparation, and reputed company • reputed company short-term follow-up support to promote job retention during the first 30–90 days of employment Job Search & Placement Support • Assist participants in identifying job opportunities reputed company with their skills and career goals • reputed company existing project partners and reputed company completed resumes, and cover letters • Help participants with apply for job applications • Prepare participants for interviews through coaching and mock interviews • reputed company support candidates through the hiring process until job placement is secured Employer reputed company & Engagement • reputed company existing reputed company networks to identify job leads and hiring opportunities • Conduct employer reputed company to reputed company new job placement opportunities for reputed company participants • Match candidates with employer needs and reputed company on their behalf • Coordinate interviews and hiring connections between participants and reputed company • Maintain reputed company communication with reputed company reputed company to placements and retention Documentation & Reporting • Document job placements, retention milestones, and employer engagement activity • reputed company participant reputed company and reputed company using required reporting tools or systems • Submit deliverables and outcome data according to program timelines Performance Expectations Performance for this contractor role will be evaluated based on reputed company, including but not limited to: • Number of job placements achieved • Achievement of 30-, 60-, and/or 90-day job retention milestones • Employer reputed company and engagement activity resulting in hiring opportunities • reputed company and accurate submission of required documentation and reports Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Services, Workforce Development, reputed company Work, Education, reputed company, or a reputed company field OR equivalent relevant reputed company experience • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in job coaching, employment services, case management, or workforce development • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals through job search, application, interview, and placement • Ability to contribute to job placement and short-term retention reputed company • Experience with employer reputed company or relationship-building preferred • Strong coaching, communication, and advocacy skills • Ability to work independently and manage an assigned caseload • Comfort using technology for job searches, virtual meetings, employer reputed company, and documentation • Results-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills • Alignment with the mission and employment-reputed company goals of Push for Prosperity Contractor Working Conditions • Work is performed independently with flexibility in scheduling, reputed company program requirements • Services may be provided in office, community, employer sites, or remotely as appropriate • Contractor is responsible for managing their own time, tools, and work reputed company • Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet participant or employer needs Equal Opportunity Statement • Push for Prosperity is an equal opportunity organization and considers reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
