Corporate Finance Consultant
A company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential acquisitions, including valuations and modeling
• Manage the entire deal lifecycle from due diligence to closing transactions
• reputed company market and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance reputed company on M&A
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced reputed company analytics
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reputed company financial data
• Experience in negotiating and structuring reputed company financial transactions
