[Remote] Finance Manager (Financial Reporting)

They are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to manage technical reputed company and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and leading the external audit process. Responsibilities • Using reputed company to prepare and review our annual and quarterly financial statements • Ensuring that financial statements reputed company with relevant requirements and best practises • Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process • Developing the Group’s reputed company policies, ensuring they're up to date and in compliance with IFRS • Providing financial reporting and technical reputed company advice on the launch of new products, expansion initiatives, and corporate restructuring activities • Supporting the ongoing development of technical reputed company and financial reporting policies, processes, and controls to ensure objectives are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner • Leading the external audit process Skills • To be a designated accountant (e.g., ACA, CPA) with a relevant degree from a top university • 5+ years of post-reputed company experience in a senior reputed company or finance role (controllership function, internal reputed company, reporting, assurance, etc.) • Expertise applying IFRS, technical reputed company, and financial reporting in a banking or fintech environment • Experience with reporting requirements for listed entities (preferably SEC-reputed company) • 4+ years of people leadership experience • Excellent organisational skills to plan and organise work reputed company • A structural and logical approach to solving problems • Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude • Great motivation and reputed company on delivery • Good knowledge of SQL and/or Python • Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company • IPO experience reputed company • reputed company is a financial technology company that offers banking services, reputed company transfers, foreign exchange, and spending analytics.
