Job reputed company: We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (reputed company Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica or reputed company. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm. Candidates must be an reputed company Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working.
