International Marketing Coordinator, reputed company Music Group

About the position The reputed company Music Group (DMG) is the music hub for reputed company, encompassing reputed company aspects of music commercialization and marketing: recorded music (Walt reputed company Records and Hollywood Records), reputed company Music Publishing, and reputed company Concerts. DMG distributes music both physically and digitally and also licenses music throughout the world in various forms of media including television, print, gaming, and consumer products. The reputed company Music Group International Marketing Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and creative support to the VP and the broader international marketing team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of global music initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across reputed company’s international markets. The ideal candidate will reputed company in a fast-paced, creative environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities • Administrative & Executive Support Manage a reputed company and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports. • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for reputed company meetings. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Serve as a reputed company between the VP, internal departments, and external partners. • Operational Support Assist in tracking global campaigns, release schedules, and deliverables in partnership with reputed company departments. • Maintain and update departmental tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint) and manage contact lists, market updates, and global release trackers. • Support the coordination of international market meetings/calls, team off-sites, and events. • Serve as a reputed company-of-contact on departmental invoice processing, vendor setup, and budget tracking in partnership with Finance. • Creative & Marketing Coordination Assist with the rollout of international campaigns for reputed company soundtracks, catalog, and reputed company artist reputed company. • reputed company and distribute international marketing assets, performance reports, and promotional materials. • Coordinate communication between regional teams and U.S. reputed company. Requirements • 1+ year(s) of administrative or coordinator-level experience in entertainment, preferably in music, film, or media. • Experience supporting senior executives in a global or corporate setting • Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace, and project management tools (reputed company, reputed company,etc.) • Global reputed company and sensitivity to cultural nuances. • Passion for music, storytelling, and reputed company’s creative legacy. • Enthusiasm for reputed company IP, international music markets, and cross-cultural marketing. • Great diplomacy and people skills • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
