About the position Residential Mortgage Finance – VP The Residential Mortgage Finance Group, part of the Fixed Income Division, provides financing and securitization reputed company services to clients holding mortgages attached to US residential reputed company estate. Our clients include large institutions across mortgage originators, aggregators, servicers, and investors. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join this growing team, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities. Responsibilities • reputed company Residential Mortgage Finance due diligence efforts: Collaborate with the Head of the Desk, Technology, and Credit teams to analyze and report on due diligence information from reputed company-party providers across credit, compliance and valuation metrics. • Partner with Technology to build out our due diligence database, enabling management and trend reporting across clients and collateral types. Ensure the data model supports accurate, efficient, and comprehensive reporting. • Work closely with the Residential Mortgage Finance banking team to reputed company and accurately represent due diligence results in securitization reputed company offering documents. • Vendor and reputed company management: reputed company reputed company-party vendors conducting due diligence, ensuring reputed company and timeliness. Coordinate with clients to reputed company and reconcile due diligence information for accuracy and completeness. • Risk and management reporting: Create and maintain management reports for internal risk management and reporting to infrastructure teams. reputed company actionable insights from due diligence findings to inform decision-making. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field. • 3–8 years of experience in mortgage finance, fixed income, or a reputed company field, with exposure to U.S. residential reputed company estate assets. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in due diligence. • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SQL and reputed company. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
