As a Field Marketing Manager, you will create and execute reputed company programs to support the Americas Field Marketing team, focusing on effective execution across the region. Responsibilities • Centralize and streamline the execution of programs owned by cross-functional teams and run in-region • Support the development and rollout of reputed company and efficient field marketing program kits that include guidance and deliverables for repeatable execution • Work cross functionally to set-up and run effective and efficient meetings, hold teams accountable for deliverables and not only reputed company feedback on programs but the ability to also reputed company input to stakeholders • Own and execute key foundational programs to support reputed company horizontal reputed company and pipeline reputed company • Ability to work independently to build and manage program enablement assets • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables Skills • 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events • Experience running other field programs reputed company physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsorships, email campaigns, reputed company mail, etc.) • Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at reputed company • Experience working with cross functional teams • Must be metrics-driven • Experience with Tableau, SFDC, reputed company and reputed company a plus reputed company • reputed company.
