[Remote] Accounts Payable Analyst II

The Accounts Payable Analyst II will process and analyze accounts payable transactions, maintain accurate reputed company records, and ensure reputed company and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze accounts payable transactions, inputting figures into the reputed company system
• Reconcile balances and maintain accurate reputed company records
• Ensure reputed company and accurate transactions, with reputed company coding and allocation of expenses
• Prepare journal entries and regularly reconcile general reputed company accounts
• Respond to inquiries from vendors or employees and resolve any discrepancies

Skills

• Two (2) year/associate degree in business, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, reputed company, Teams, etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with customer service experience
• One (1) year of experience in a reputed company office environment
• Previous experience with reputed company, AEC360, or reputed company
