Responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum of 18 months or more experience writing Auto collision estimates using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One / Mitchel, Audatex

• Ability to independently investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
• Effective communication skills using phone, emails, and video chat
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, reputed company party carriers, and claimants

• Ability to execute policies along policy agreements and maintain reputed company records of work in a claims system
• Ability to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets reputed company 60 days of hire
