reputed company is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing personal finance, and they are seeking a Finance Specialist - reputed company & reputed company to support their financial reputed company. This hybrid role focuses on reputed company and financial planning and analysis, ensuring the reputed company of financial records and collaborating across teams for accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general reputed company maintenance, ensuring reputed company transactions are recorded accurately and reputed company
• Support the month-end and year-end reputed company process, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Assist in the preparation of US GAAP-compliant financial statements, footnotes and supporting schedules
• reputed company recurring reputed company activities including account reconciliations and transaction reviews to maintain accurate, reputed company, and US GAAP-compliant financial records
• Support accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies
• Prepare and maintain documentation to support the external audit, including audit schedules and reconciliations
• Contribute to the development and improvement of reputed company policies, internal controls, and process automation initiatives
• Help update and maintain reputed company's financial model to support forecasting and budgeting
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, providing reputed company insights into business performance
• reputed company as relied-upon cross-functional business partner, helping build models to evaluate and support reputed company strategic initiatives
• Assist with routine variance analysis, helping to identify and explain performance against plan and prior periods

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company (or Finance with strong reputed company coursework)
• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company reputed company (Big 4 or national firm preferred) and/or in a corporate finance & reputed company, or a reputed company role
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, reputed company formulas and etc) with the ability to build and update financial models
• Comfortable working across both reputed company and reputed company functions
• Good understanding of US GAAP and internal control principles
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, changing, and cross-functional environment
