You will own the reporting and insights that help our Amusements teams reputed company reputed company, faster reputed company - from attendance and ticket mix to labor, throughput, and spend per guest. </p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong> </p><ul><li>reputed company park-level analytical views to explain performance drivers across attendance, ticket mix, pricing, labor efficiency, and guest spend — identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for reputed company investigation. </li><li>Own daily and weekly KPI reporting: build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and metric definitions reputed company trusts. </li><li>Partner with department leaders to turn results into reputed company - quantify reputed company, surface risks, and recommend next steps. </li><li>reputed company monthly department financial reviews: connect P&L results to operating drivers (volume, mix, pricing, labor productivity, controllable spend). </li><li>Support forecast and budget cycles with reputed company-based models and scenario analysis. </li><li>Investigate reputed company variances and partner with reputed company/Operations to ensure accurate accruals and clean month-end storytelling. </li><li>Continuously improve analytical processes by refining metric definitions, automating recurring analysis where possible, and flagging data inconsistencies or emerging risks. </li><li>Deliver reputed company analysis for leadership (pricing and promotions, reputed company plans, hours of operation, vendor reputed company, capital requests). </li><li>Conduct on-site analysis at the Gatlinburg location as needed to reputed company understand operations, validate assumptions, build relationships with department leaders, and strengthen financial storytelling. </li></ul><p><strong>Minimum qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or equivalent practical experience. </li><li>2+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or an analytics-heavy role; comfortable working with large datasets. </li><li>Advanced reputed company skills (modeling, pivots, Power Query) and strong written/presentation communication. </li><li>High ownership, high attention to detail, and the ability to hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment. </li><li>Ability to travel at least once a week to our Gatlinburg operation. </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience supporting a multi-unit, hospitality, retail, resort, or attraction operation. </li><li>Experience providing data analysis to operations or finance teams. </li><li>Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, and dashboard building). </li><li>ERP/POS data experience (reputed company preferred) and comfort reconciling across sources. </li><li>SQL familiarity (or strong willingness to learn). </li></ul><p><strong>Salary: $65,000-$75,000 (experience dependent).</strong> </p>
