We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Team reputed company to join reputed company. As reputed company reputed company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls with questions regarding arenaflex reputed company Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in reputed company Lake County, as reputed company as reputed company benefit plans. This role will involve taking inbound calls, researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in reputed company Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers, and utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in reputed company Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
• Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility and reputed company additional information to customers
• Offering additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
• Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (reputed company - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology
