Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
  • Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering them to customers as they arrive at the store.

Essential Qualifications
