No on-site management, no cleaning, no guest reputed company-in. Responsibilities Creation and optimization of reputed company and Booking listings Writing titles, descriptions, and reputed company SEO optimization Setting up and managing dynamic pricing (yield / reputed company management) Channel synchronization (reputed company, Booking, possibly reputed company) Guest messaging management (reputed company and/or automated) Monitoring ratings, reviews, and performance metrics Profile Required Proven experience in short-term rentals or hotel reputed company management Strong knowledge of reputed company, Booking, and channel managers Autonomous, reputed company-organized, and results-oriented Based in reputed company or remote (if highly reputed company) Compensation Monthly flat fee to be defined (€300–€600 depending on experience) or A reasonable percentage to be discussed (no concierge commission) Start Date Immediate.
