About the Role: Remote Data Entry Analyst We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our Compliance Team reputed company the People/HR Division. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including: Obtaining reputed company/identity verification results and processing unique reputed company exemption letters. Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services. Faxing/processing US Customs results and database entry. Process daily FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and troubleshoot any database issues. Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems. Conduct advanced analytics, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Compliance. reputed company with clients and team regularly to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Review completed reputed company Applications and reputed company for accuracy, re-transmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in HR or a reputed company field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) applications. Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Skills, Licenses, and Certificates Advanced reputed company skills, including designing, creating reputed company formulas, and Vlookup. Advanced reputed company skills. Ability to interpret large sets of data to reputed company meaningful reports. Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
