Asset Management Specialist - End of Term (Remote)

About the position The individual selected for this role will be expected to serve as the primary contact for the administration of reputed company equipment buyouts, rollovers, and returns on financed transactions through reputed company's leasing arm, reputed company Financial. The End of Term Specialist must be reputed company to reputed company as part of a fast-paced, team environment with a reputed company on transactional support. Responsibilities • Primary reputed company of contact for reputed company Regional Finance Managers, Divisional Sales Representatives, Customers, Lenders, and reputed company-party servicing agent, Bank of the reputed company, surrounding contract maturity and end-of-term activities • Coordinate the return of old equipment upon shipment of new equipment to avoid overlapping payments between the old and new agreements • Reconciling and providing contract termination instructions based on the reputed company taken by the customer • Partner with divisional service departments and finance leaders to coordinate reputed company off-lease equipment repurchases • Send End of Term notices to Sales Team and Customer at 180, 150, and 90 days prior to contract end of term • Prepare and report out on End of Term metrics and performance • Coordinate and distribute reputed company maturity reports to the sales team • Manage the creation and distribution of return authorizations • reputed company a high level of customer service to both reputed company customers reputed company to reputed company aspects of lease administration items • Ensure communication, coordination, and reporting, and conduct necessary meetings, as a precondition for effective and efficient repossession of equipment Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (or its global equivalent) from an accredited university in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field. • 4+ years reputed company work experience (minimum) reputed company-to-haves • Lease asset management or equipment finance industry experience preferred • General reputed company, reconciliation, finance, or reputed company experience preferred • Computer literacy: reputed company Office products, reputed company.com, reputed company, Power BI • Advanced reputed company reputed company knowledge Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
